No gas, oil or propane tanks of any kind. No Explosives. No Hazardous Waste.

No dirt, concrete or gravel in the 12 or 20 yard bins. Only the 4 yard bin is for those materials.

The 4 yard bin can handle 10,000 pounds of material. Mostly dirt, concrete and gravel.

The 12 yard bin can handle 8,000 pounds of material.

The 20 yard bin can handle 7,000 pounds of material.

LEVEL LOADS on all WinBins are no higher than level with the top edge of the bin. This will insure no debris falls out when the bin is loaded on the truck. A level load also ensures we can tarp the load correctly and will have a safe secure bin to transport to the landfill.

Overloaded bins will not be removed and you will be charged truck time for the trip. The bin will be removed once it complies with level loads.

If you have a wet lawn or soft area it is best for our trucks and bins to stay off those areas as our truck and bin may cause damage and ruts by sinking on the lawn.

If you have crumbling or thin asphalt or thin or cracking concrete that cannot support the weight of the truck and a full bin it is best to stay off this surface as the truck and bin can cause damage.

We can place wood planks under our WinBins to help prevent any unwanted issues or damage.

WinBins is not liable for any property damage caused by our truck or Winbin dumpster. Use the WinBins at your own risk as we can not guarantee your driveway, parking pad, parking lot or lawn can handle up to the 19,500 max weight of our truck and a fully loaded bin.

No one needs to be present when your WinBin is delivered to site. We can call when headed over if required and also send pictures of the bin placement once onsite if you request it.

Commercial Dump Fees at the landfill are pro-rated in cost per metric tonne (2,200 pounds).

Yes, a cancelling customer will be charged 50% of their bin rental fee when cancelling a rental with less than 24 hours notice.

An exception will apply, if the rental was booked under 24 hours notice or cancellation is due to extreme weather.
